Registration

2021 Registration is Now Open!

Welcome to the 2021 Season! Your best resource for learning everything about RVMTB is the Rider/Parent Handbook.

Riders and families who want to be part of the team will need to complete the following steps.

Colorado League Registration

if you haven't already done so, register with the Colorado League:

Note that this is a new process this year, and riders who have been with the team in the past may have already received email from Colorado League.

Team Registration

Please complete our team registration form. If you have been with the team in the past, please fill this out again this year to ensure that we have updated information for your family:

Waivers

The Colorado League Waiver was completed as part of the league registration. The Jeffco School District requires an additional waiver:

Print, sign, scan, and send the waiver to Kathy Roboff: kdroboff@gmail.com. This article has some good instructions for scanning documents on a mobile phone:

You can also take a photo of the signed document.

Note that waivers MUST be completed on on-file before a rider can ride with the team.

Team Fees

Team fees for 2021 are $100 and are being collected via the RVMTB Boosters Venmo account. If you don't already have a Venmo account, you will need to create one. When paying fees, please put the name of your rider in the "What's it for?" area; for example: "2021 Team Fees for John Jacobs".

TeamApp

Official RVMTB communications will come through TeamApp. Please make sure you and your rider have signed up for a TeamApp account and have the app downloaded to your phones. Go to “Find your Team/Club” and search for RVMTB, then join the team. Notifications should remain ON. It’s important for riders and their parent/guardians to register with TeamApp, since we are using this as our primary source of calendaring and communications for the team. Coach and Booster Club emails, team events, meetings, practices, as well as last-minute practice change notifications, will all come through TeamApp.

If you are interested but aren't ready to sign up today, your rider can ride with the team a few times before registering with the team and league. To do so you will need to fill out a few waivers before they ride:

Print, sign, scan, and send both to Kathy Roboff: kdroboff@gmail.com. This article has some good instructions for scanning documents on a mobile phone:

You can also take a photo of the signed documents.

Note that waivers MUST be completed on on-file before a rider can ride with the team.
